@KaulitzWolf answer back : of course but as with every " free thinking creature" (not a programmed automaton) IF! you're walking a HIGH OCTANE canine right next to a road side where his natural prey is right, left and center, plus heavy car traffic... You want to protect him/her from danger. Man's world merging with nature can sometimes be a bit tricky ;-)
