Married...With Children cast for Will Rogers Memorial Fund

Being a big fan of old-time TV commercials, I really miss seeing TV cast doing commercials to promote their sponsor's products. That art form died out in the late 60s, but here's a TV cast doing a commercial/PSA for your movie theater!! I'm thinking that's Laugh-In's/Roger Ramjet's Gary Owens announcing?!!?

I saw this in the late 80's, but years later thought it was a trailer for a Married With Children movie.
