Personally, I don't think the Boston Pops has been the same or nearly as good since the passing of Arthur Fiedler, he brought out the best in the orchestra for every piece they played.

one of the best ! note color of jacket. I fell in love with this in Orlando when the Dutch were playing world cup and suddenly, 8 brass 2 rows above me scared me with a great rendition. Love the opera. Saw it in July outdoors in Germany.

I'm from Miami. Baltic sea was freezing wet and windy. front row and slipping horses and I could not stay after the triumphant procession.

The Boston Pops has never been the same since the passing of Arthur Fiedler. I used to watch (and listen) to their broadcasts every chance I got but now their broadcasts seem far and few between. Great music!
