Good try dipshit, but accroding to article 49 that Dr. Geagea mentions: ... the President of the Republic is elected by secret ballot at a two-thirds majority of the votes, by the Chamber of Deputies. After the first ballot, absolute majority suffices...
In the first segment of the video, he was alluding to the first part where 2 thirds are required. In the 2nd segment of the video, he was referring to the fact that absolute majority suffices once the condition has been met. This video fails
