Tucker, age 9, performs "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas for more than 15,000 at the Penn State Dance Marathon (THON) in February 2010. Tucker was diagnosed with cancer at age 2 but has been cancer-free for nearly three years.

THON is a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon that benefits The Four Diamonds Fund, a pediatric cancer program at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. Behind Tucker are his adoptive organization's dancers, who were standing strong for 46 hours in support of Tucker and other families battling pediatric cancer.

Dancing is a physical challenge, but it is nothing compared to the hardships that Four Diamonds families endure each day. Penn State students can't erase the hospital visits, the spinal taps or the chemo treatments, but they can give families something to look forward to and the assurance that they're not alone.
