Sorry for the shifter cable so close to the lens.Next time I'll mount the camera on the handlebars. This is Beatty Drive in El Dorado Hills, CA. It's only a 3/4 mile long hill, but it's steep and a good place to test out how resistant my new GoPro HD Hero 960 is to wind noise, and how well my new Bike Friday Pocket Companion descends. I must say I'm impressed!

Camera is mounted on the lowest point of the handlepost using a Manfrotto Super Clamp.

  • @pcfxer You mean stuff like gearing, tires, etc.?

  • @cyclingfun2 I meant more so for the future. It would be interesting to comment on the mechanical aspect of the bike in your videos alongside the already interesting (to me at least) videos.

  • @pcfxer I don't know the exact mileage at the time this video was made, but it was a brand-new bike and this was the first real ride after purchase. It has all SRAM components.

  • You should add the mileage that the bike had during the filming. Maybe get your video listed for funding by Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo!
