I always find I get pain in my vertebra in my neck from where the barbell has been sitting especially when using heavier weights. Is there anything I can do for it other than get some decent traps? Maybe its the barbell position, i don't know. Is it ok to use a foam protector or will that mess up the form?

Hey, you mentioned that a monolift machine is a different story; any chance on getting a quick modified instruct. for us Smith Machine users? I work out at home and have followed your tips but if there are any mods. it would be great to know. Thanks as always!
