Good progression although still lots of points that needs to be improved. Late pull, push off action, landing active and ahead of the body.

@joeyyowee Don't pay attention to Jouwl. He just like to play around and offend for no reason. He gives the impression of a bored kid ;-).

Why does she kick her legs straight slightly before ground contact? These videos hurt my eyes.

@Jouwl Her feet are landing right under her, she's not overstriding, and she's not heel striking. It's not perfect, but I've seen a lot worse.

@joeyyowee
It does look awkward. You can't 'teach' people how to run by giving them lectures, at least not judging by all the miserable pose videos on the tube.
Her arms are hardly moving.

Well, in this case I will stop running and eating hamburgers, lol.
I know a couple of Kenyans who wouldn't be able to run two meters, ROFL.

The 2nd one doesn't look awkward. There are plenty of videos on youtube of people trying to do the pose method and looking really awkward doing it. This isn't one of them.
Both types displayed here look very awkward.
Look at how kenyans run and imitate, it's really that simple.
when will i able to do that..urgh

I like forefoot running, but she's like running over eggs.
Me gusta lo de correr de metatarso (forefoot), pero esque parece que este pisando huevos.
