  • this chik knows wat she talking about

  • well Obama lied again.. he did nothing to curb the corrupt wall Street bankers.. they are still on a path to destroy the economy again..people have suggested it will happen in 2012 ...Obama gave the corrupt republicans everything they wanted toward NOT regulating the bankers...Obama and all the repubs are bought

  • what a honker

  • @rff2206 Personally, I see a huge benefit to good people being lured into work with the wolves; eventually they WILL break and then the whistle gets blown. (Many are smart enough to gather intel along the way and 'accidentally' release same.)

If only the trained sociopaths from the so-called "Top 5" high schools take these jobs, then the spiral will only accelerate.

  • What i appreciated from this was how Nomi describes the landscape of shell game and it's relative tiers of players. Love the title.

  • @rff2206 Marxian concept of Reserve Army of Labour suggests that a working place will always be covered by someone. Has it been better to have an awaken Prins who has become informed and influent or a greedy John Doe during this phase?

  • She did. Read her first book, printed in 2005- three years after she left Goldman to work for Demos.

  • It wouldn't have made a bit of difference because hardly anyone wouldof listened anyway. Look at Peter Schiff, people laughed and scoffed at him in 2005 and '06.

  • I think your comment: "You cannot create an ethical divide in your head" says it all. It's nice for you to come clean, but we must teach young women to become more selective in their job choices, not follow the money post graduation, and design careers or their own businesses that don't require them to live DIVIDED lives. Too bad you didn't become a whistle blower BEFORE the fact...just think how that might have changed the world, Ms. Prins.

  • I've always thought that financial services has grown into a sector that is parasitic because it does not involve a "true" transaction where a product or service rendered is compensated with payment or another service or product. This is why I scoff at those who continue to believe we're still a Capitalist nation. I don't think we've been since the late 1960's. We are now a corporatist nation, where large corporations and brokerage houses are dictating our culture. This is troubling.
