Not really, West London (Chelsea,Kensington) is the posh area. I wouldn't call either SEB's or Bridget Jones accent posh, just well spoken.

Sorry but she doesnt speak with a cockney accent. She has a middle class North London accent - a bit like Bridget Jones ;)
