i think it's more like "people who are addicted to using facebook get lower grades than people who are NOT addicted to facebook". i don't think having a facebook account should affect grades depending on how you use it. if you use it as a source of contact like cell phones and e-mail, it should actually BOOST your grades? if you use it only to play the games and spend all your time checkin' all your contact's news feed, then no wonder you don't get good grades?
