Danny was so great at so many styles of music that the record company didn't know how to market him. Getting to meet Danny in August 1993 was a thrill for me, and despite his disdain for Roy Buchanan, he still talked about him with me when I inquired.Both players are sorely missed and cannot be replaced.

@MrMudclub Its real easy to hear Lenny Breau's influence on Danny when you hear this.I believe they knew each other and had played together a few times ..Jesus can you imagine that,two effortless guitarists with the gift of the gods in their fingers.

It surely is, Glad you enjoyed the clip. He still makes the les paul sing, But it has a more (dare i say) plastic tone compared to the Tele.
