re: temps and times-- I wondered the same thing, while I was watching the video.. Thanks for posting the temps and times.. I am off to get an injector, so I can fire up the Traeger, today, and try this recipe.. I have wanted to try using an injector and your video pushed my off the fence.. Thanks for posting..

what temperature did you use? what flavor of pellets works best? How long did it take to reach 175 internal temp? I have a Traeger exactly like that. I absolutely love my Traeger!! This recipe looks DELICIOUS. I gotta try it.

@bugminded Sorry for the long delay in reply. I didn't get a notice for this comment. 1 Hour on smoke then 225. My favorite poultry and Pork Butt pellets are BBQr's Delight Pecan & Cherry mixed 50% / 50%. Not sure exactly how long thsy cooked. I think it was around 4 hours.
