Pullups (chest to bar)

This one was a heartbreaker. I started my last set of pullups with about 2:40 on the clock, which gave me a good shot at having the best time in the competition. I got three reps into the set and suddenly I couldn't get my chest to make contact with the bar. I ended up finishing in 4:29. This was my first event, and one that I expected to do well in. I really think it affected my attitude for the rest of the day.

  • @Cburn22 stay away from routines like that iff you want true fitness

  • thanks to whoever invented fran and connie and susie and whatever other crossfit names there are i have to do this every friday at football training. Great job though with this man.
