that's, actually, not a bug, that is in every car in the game, the speedos in the car always measure MPH, it doesn't matter which one u use

yea I know its in every car(that has an in-car speedo) this just happened to be the car I noticed it in. I only called it a 'little' bug, as its nothing big. Also, if you look at other racing games, when you change your speedo to KPH, then the in-car speedo also changes to KPH. This is the first game I've noticed it not change.
