Did the wii copy it? Yes. Is it the exact same technology? No. Is it close? Yes.

Do both the Wii and the Xavix miss detection with high speed movements? Yes.

They both also make you look silly by flailing around.

nope, this doesn´t have standar remote controller and it doesn´t detect inclination or power, is not the same technology
