  • Im am 16 Im training 4 times a week for a year now I see not much diffrence im ver skinny, I drink protein shakes too

  • Try different excersises, if u have been doing the same ones for a year you may have hit a plato. to gain size do 4 sets of 8 reps on a higher weight. and it takes time so dont wory your 16 your body is still growning
