  • Well I guess this explains why every club fitter had my irons at 4 degrees upright ! High hands at impact !

  • Well thought out Cory... what's your teaching background? Do you have a web site for online lessons?

  • What if you are using a Golfing Machine lateral shift with a hitters action?

  • Corey - thanks for this and your video on the right arm. The right arm punch is me to a 'T'. early extension, punch, shoulder and hands dropping straight down rather than going out to the ball. i have known this but haven't found the right 'feel'. after years of getting stuck, turning with my shoulder and arms going 'out' almost feels like an over the top move but is actually normal. Hit some great shots recently, and when i went back to my old swing, i really felt the difference - thanks!

  • Corey, nice job articulating a way too common swing fault. This probably helps solve other problems like losing lag, flipping, hanging back, etc. Thanks, Jeff P.

  • ridiculously good video.

  • is this video for a stack and tilt swing?

  • Fantastic video, if you look on my channel videos, you can see I have a huge problem with early extension.

I don't get coiled and I really stand up in the downswing and am super upright at impact.

I tried this at the range today and I was flabbergasted. Absolutely perfect strikes, shallow divot and hitting the ball exactly how I wanted to.

I can tell I have made a solid strike when my right shoulder stays through the strike.

  • Tried this at the range and made a big difference on my swing path where I was actually swinging through the ball without coming over the top.Great explanation of what's happening.Keep'em coming

  • Amazing video can't wait to try this at the range later
