I love this scene too....I can watch it over and over..but I just realized..This the only time in the Superman movies that Superman killed a person. Lois Lane did too...Kinda wierd....Still love it LOL

I have loved this scene since I was a kid. Me and my friends used to rewind it and play it over and over. This never gets old. True justice was served here.

What are you talking about? There's no sadistic smile on Superman's face while he's crushing Zod's hand. There's only a wry smile on his face when Zod realises he's helpless; that the tables have been turned.

There's a deleted scene from this movie which showed the three criminals being taken into police custody afterwards.

i have to agree, out of all the films this is my favourite moment, i can watch it every day, the emotion on his face when he steps out and the music is perfect, although the scene where he lands out side the planet and asks him to step outside his pretty dam cool too. thanks for posting
