What Car is it in Abu Dhabi ? ( Identified as Mitsuoka Galue)

Smartprince23 records an unknown Car(Identified as Mitsuoka Galue) in Abu Dhabi.It looked like a combination of Rolls Royce and Cadillac.Not sure whether it is an exotic or not but I got curious by it's design.
