B747 Takeoff and climb from Osaka Itami Airport Rwy 14 for Tokyo Haneda. Departing from Rwy 14 is slightly unusual in the airport. The 747 climbs over the northan part of Osaka thru the north of Nara and go into clouds. Like this scenery: http://www.japanscenery.com/jps2k_ss_e.html

Most Japanese prefer the Plane - I made an exchange year in Osaka and also was allways wondering why my hostfather (he was a docter and had to travel a lot) took the plane and not shinkansen. He said he's afraid of the velocity of the shinkansen :P

why did you take the plane? why didn't you take the shinkansen? riding the shinkansen are much more fun than riding plane IMO!

Electric equipments, including cam-recorders, should not be used at takeoff.
Usually airplanes take off toward north at Osaka airport. But this airplane was taking off toward south because of the wind.
You can see a big park called "Hattori green park" at 1:38 - 2:10 in the video. 「服部緑地公園」ね。
