I wish people realized that the LOADING days are to flush out the Insulin and help get into Ketosis, so loading on HIGH FAT: Italian Sausage, bacon, braunschweiger, Heavy Whipping Cream, Sour Cream, avocado, macadamia nuts, walnuts, pork rinds, cream cheese, etc. Are you in KETOSIS?

I think people who have been doing this as long as you and I have, know better... but we do it anyway..lol
One thing I have learned from this is that Im not going to let it stress me out. Im just going to take one day at a time and loose this last 15 pounds having fun. :)
