Nokia have unveiled two new models that maintain the breath-taking style of the aforementioned phones and boast some serious features too.
The 8800 Arte and the 8800 Arte Sapphire are the two new models in question, easily differentiated by colour, the Arte is black and
the Arte Sapphire is brown and by the whole sapphire mounted in the centre of the Arte Sapphire s D-pad.
Although the Arte phones have two names, they are just variants of the same device and have identical design and functionality.

Both are 3G phones and have 3-megapixel auto-focus cameras and a massive 1GB of internal memory! Their elegant slider design helps maintain
a fuss-free front panel, broken only by the D-pad control and inside the flashy box, a linen-lined pouch to keep your phone safe and warm and
a Bluetooth headset can be found.

The Arte Series arent really anything special when it comes to specifications but still slightly improve on the previous 8800 Sirocco.
They are still only tri-band GSM but support 3G, thanks to the single-band UMTS. The display is now with QVGA resolution, the camera is 3.2-megapixel
with autofocus and there is 1GB of memory. Their key feature is the design, with high-class built-quality and materials.

As always, its the special touches that make the duo stand out. For example, a couple of taps on the steel fascia wakes the clock up on the display,
which also has something called living wallpaper, which changes and adapts to time, battery power and signal strength. The coolest new feature has
to be the ability to silence you ringing phone simply by turning it face down on the table! To further set these two apart from Nokia s more
run-of-the-mill phones, they feature exclusively created videos, sounds and ringtones.

Both the Nokia 8800 Arte and Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte feature a high-end metal and glass composition, creating their classic, iconic style.
A smooth slide mechanism - comprised of state-of-the art ball bearings and a unique spring mechanism - ensures each handset is a pleasure to touch
and behold. The Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte adds to the sense of exclusivity by further enhancing its polished steel case with a genuine sapphire gem
stone and an accent of soft leather, creating an even more rich, sensual feel.

Continuing a tradition of incorporating exclusive soundtracks in its premium handsets, Nokia has invited the internationally-acclaimed master producers
Kruder & Dorfmeister to add their musical style by creating a unique compilation for these new devices. Owners of the Nokia 8800 Arte and Nokia
8800 Sapphire Arte will be able to enjoy an exclusive videotrack and soundtrack composed by Kruder & Dorfmeister with visuals by Fritz Fitzke - adding
an extra touch of sophistication and individuality to both handsets.

Each handset comes with an assortment of accessories. This includes the Nokia BH-803 Bluetooth headset with Active Noise Cancellation and touch sensitive
volume adjustment. To add an element of sophistication and security, each handset comes with a leather pouch with a linen-lining and a separate matching
desk stand.

While both the Arte and the Sapphire Arte have high-end metal and glass composition the latter also utilizes sapphire stone (as its name says)
for the navigation key and leather accents.
