JJ is a superstar who loves to jump. Bought in 2006, he has taken his present rider from beginner to 'A' grade in 2 years, with an impressive number of wins throughout the grades. He competed in the South African Pony Riders Champs 3 years running winning classes every year and in his final year he qualified for the South African Children's Derby, won the JA Velcro Championship, the Equestrian International Championship, came 2nd in the South African Grand Prix and was placed 4th overall at FEI. Such was his success that we brought him to England with us on our return in 2009.
Having been competing at JC and regularly winning events, his winnings have recently taken him into JA. Very good at jumping 1.20m plus which was the level he competed at in South Africa at CA.
JJ is a forward going pony with a long stride, careful and very quick against the clock. He would build a beginners confidence and equally take an experienced rider to the top.
Very sad sale as the rider is moving onto horses.

  • hi JJ is 14.2 and we live in Kent. He's a fab pony very forward going. Tessa was a beginner when we got him and only 11 but he wouldn't suit a nervous rider.
