Hey Mike. The activa yogurt has tons of sugar in it, actually it might even have high fructose corn syrup which I always stay away from. Just thought I'd give you a heads up! Others great video! I would throw eggs too myself. My grandma lived till she was 89, she walked everyday...had eggs every morning...drank tea...and had small meals.

I heard you're not supposed to count olive oil if you use it for cooking because it destroys the good stuff. But if you drizzle it over a salad its awesome!
Also I try to use canned pumpkin when it is out of season. I avoid canned stuff as much as possible but this is one of those things i make an effort to use even though most of the year i only get it canned.
I need to eat more citrus too... hmm

Thanks for the great info Mike! Great ending lol I eat a lot of that stuff. But still need to lose some weight. Not much or there will be nothing left of me lol.
