  • How did you mount the DOT helmet inside? did you use an adhesive to keep it bonded to the halo helmet. also I was thinking about using a full face helmet but not sure if it will work. could you maybe give advise being that you have already done the project yourself I am open for your opinion or suggestions. Thanks in advance

  • is incredible

  • Out of curiosity, how many layers of the smooth cast did you put in the inside of the helmet to get it strong like that?

  • Nice Job. :)

  • Oh and I have an idea for the visor make a double visor one clear one shaded with a slide tab in the front so you can slide the whole visor to the right. Or you can create a double wall on the top to slide the visor up

  • Omg I had a whole message and it just got erased anyway the basic was I am making a helmet for myself and my friend wanted a motorcycle one and your video has been the most helpful. Thank you for that the only junk part for me is that the smooth on site does not ship to Hawaii but the re directed me to the distributor. If you have anymore tips especially on makin the motorcycle helmet message me if you get the chance thanks

  • Not quite. My wife and I just make good money. Well over $100k a year. I'm an IT manager and she's a lawyer. Plus I build and repair PCs for people as a side job here and there for a little extra dough ;-)
