waimea bay river surfing. just before we arrived The waimea river had been opened up and we caught the tail end of the kids playing in the river waves as it flowed into the ocean

was it dammed up at the time if so it wold be weird because the sign clearly says so swimming WHY? Well I can partly awnser that if youve got cuts and its bloody you shouldent go in the water...
