i have to admit. i felt a little guilty saying what i said without knowing who Amy Sedaris was. I took the next couple hours searching for more about her, and let me tell ya, i was so wrong. She is by far the most naturally funny woman on earth. I ate my words. I even wrote her an e-mail via her fanclub president.

i guess being a killjoy on cue is something you would understand.

I think she says, "Whatever I would feed them, it would have to be 'to go'"

It never ceases to amaze me how an audience will instinctively laugh, on cue, regardless of your material... so long as its reasonably understandable, and follows a ceratin comedic flow. That being said, i believe this is one of those times when the audience was laughing more for the pure joy of laughter. This skit was horrible

They were laughing at my humorous question, which was "What food would you serve George W. Bush, and what pills would you serve his wife?" That's comedy gold, Jerry - GOLD!
And in Amy's defense, it wasn't really a skit, it was actually more of a Q&A with lots of extra props.

The guy cut her off and asked her if he could throw away something right when she was about to say which pills she would give to Laura Bush. The guy should not be there if he is going to interupt the star's monologue.

I think we can safely assume it would have been more of the Xanax that Laura Bush is so clearly hopped-up on already.
