This is a sun salutation using the most fundamental poses with modifications for beginners.
Sun salutations are great to get your body going. They stretch the spine forward and back, stretch the front and back of the legs and work your legs, arms and core.
One Sun Salutation equals 2 rounds, focusing on one leg/ side of the body, and then the other. This video is one total. Start with one, and then work up to two or three rounds.
Since I'm an exercise physiology professional, I use more physiological (anatomical) descriptions than traditional yogic terminology here.
