@MoPower2112 Well your defo going to be getting the best tone its ampeg you have come to the right place lol pretty much every band i know like blink-182 for example ... there bass player Mark Hoppus is with ampeg ive never heard such good tone in my life. But id stick with the VR head maybe add a another cab if your planing on playing gigs would be fine with just one cab but if your going to be playing bigger id get a 2nd but bare in mind that this amp is packing 200 watts already :D

@DaVeTheTaliban ok and do u think it work better with the VR Bass head or if I were to get a Seprate one. Im not looking for a big sound, just something to fill up a small gig, but id like to get the best tone i could?

How much would just the cab cost on that?

So you can definitely play through just the head without a cab? any chance you could put up a short video so I can get a rough idea of the tonal qualities and volume I could get out of the head alone? cheers :)

Been looking to get a decent amp/speaker set up-found it. Excellent demo. Sounds great with the Jazz as well.
Will be ordering head and cab tomorrow.
Cheers.
