@scribbledorange I lag becuse there ain't any servers nearby to me, least ping I can get is 60-70 or so. but playing singleplayer runs smoothly. Sometime is the internet, but to help run a bit smoother is by having less desktop stuff, and memory.

@pkerry12 Im wondering the same thing. I can't really get nit picky as it was free but I'm just interested on how much ram helps.

@meije702 if you bought source games (like cs:s, tf2) on da win steam, you'll be able to play it on a mac. once u hav da game, u'll hav both versions.

How much better is the macbook air with 4gb of ram? I got the 13" macbook air with 256gb flash storage but only 2gb of ram :( is it much of a performance boost with 4gb of ram?

@crumahara i know that there is steam for mac. i've installed it on my early 2008 macbook pro, but i've just felt that the gaming experience isn't as good as it is on windows. i find it laggier playing tf2 on the mac for some reason, just wanted to know if others felt so too.
just wondering, do you find that its abit laggier gaming on the mac rather than on windows?

@scribbledorange There is a steam client for mac (and mostly all of the source games run natively. I dont have windows installed on the MacBook Air.
