Lovell deserved a second crack at a landing. But Dave Scott and Gene Cernan were go-getters and Lovell is a total team player. He'd already left the program byt the time Apollo 13 lifted off.

Never forget dude, James lovell could only get back with the help of the engineers at nasa,they should get a honor aswell but no one cares on them
