@almostskater011 Exactly. Ayhornt got it right. Basically, "cheating" on the screen is playing over the screen. By playing over the screen, the defender anticipates the destination of the basketball once the offensive player comes through the screen. When a defender "cheats" on a screen they either try to a) steal the pass or b) challenge if not block the shot of the offensive player. In this vid, MJ stresses the fact of reading the defender cheating and staggering back towards the baseline.
