  • this guy is the best, he changed me from a sectarian supporter off the Kataeb(Lebanese Falange) into a secular supporter of Angry Arab..from a person who thought Palestinians wer scum to one who defends them as if his life depended on it..Basically he woke me up from the intellectual coma i was in

  • This guy is a badass. He doesn't compromise. He does not concede any point. He's also hilarious. I love his sarcasm.

  • I agree with pretty much all of what he says. We are not exposed to many people like this in the US main media, and having now watched this, I wish we did. I especially agree with his take on how Americans think that their occupations of other countries is somehow different from colonizations of the past. I wouldn't go so far as to say they want to take over the world completely, but they want to continue thinking their culture and ideals are the best in the world and other countries copy them

  • @moonsear

It was very easy for me to change from kataeb because its very difficult to constantly live in their culture of fear and hate. Unfortunately many Lebanese love this culture. The kataeb and Lebanese Forces are experts at creating fear in the Christian community and the Christian community are experts at swallowing kataeb bullshit, all I did was stop swallowing

  • @radiobembabeirut

then if you really were a Kataeb , I respect you for the mere fact you accepted to see the issue from a different perspective and changed positions. Very few Lebanese are capable of accepting different point of views, let alone change

  • @moonsear

I'm glad you respect him, but I can't understand why you think I'm joking.

I didn't say this video changed me, it was a long process that started when I first found his blog. It wasn't a 5min thing it took years but he lit the match.

I love the guy and have lots of respect for him but come on....your comment sounds more like a joke than reality

  • I enjoy hearing from very educated people with middle eastern descent, especially because he is not one sided. he reminds me of my proffessor. It is hard no to be an ignorant sheltered american.
