Oh Sadness - Annie Bacon (live in Los Angeles)

friday march 19th at Room 5 in Los Angeles . . . this is part of the amazing tour with Savannah Jo Lack (who you hear playing fiddle) and Chris Pickering (playing some acoustic guitar). the video is dark at best and a bit sideways, but the audio came out so nice I thought I'd post it here for your listening pleasure.

this is one of the new songs to come out of my February writing project. it is a breakup song between me and my sadness . . . and it is, I think, the most soulful song I have yet written.
