If you are a real psychic take Randi up on his million dallor challenge. Giving excuses as to why you would not will prove you are a fraud.

@beentothemovies I would agree with you if you replaced skeptical with critical. Scepticism as I experience it is not merely questioning and critizing it pairs very often with rigorous stubborness (sorry if I mispelled that). I am sorry to say this but I really can't stand sceptisism because it seems as if sheer denial even beforehand is a integral part of it...
I prefer critical, I normally would not make this much fuss about a word but the meaning, at least to me, is so different...

He describes the psychic Pamela Nine perfectly

Is this from a scene in a movie? If so which movie is this? Thank you.

@BadPsychicsTV no, I believe in psychics because I have experienced (unpaid) predictions from my friends. You may think youre right about psychics but I think I'm right about psychics. Don't want to start a war so lets leave it at that.
-
@AlanaSinclair You believe in psychics because you dont understand the tricks they use. Dorothy Allison is a fraud. Her predictions were vague.
If she was really psychic she would have proven it in scientific tests, she would have won a Nobel prize, as well as taken the Million Dollar challenge.
So your belief in psychics is from a point of ignorance.
Educate yourself on their methods and you will never be fooled again

I believe in psychics. For example Dorothy Allison who was a part time psychic detective who did her work for free. A lot of her predictions were spot on, and very direct. For example in one of the murders she investigated she had a vision of a rock with the word MAR on it, and an old, destroyed car. The body of the girl was found just a few meters to each location months after the prediction when they found the site. She also predicted the murderers name and appearance.

@k0smon Well, see that´s the problem. You say that since you say it´s true, then it is. That´s not a very sound argument. If you have a Phd I guess you would be more open to the scientific method of experimentation. "phony" million dollars? Ok, now you are using teh typical excuse these fraudsters use.
-
@ebrobaru :: My credentials suit me fine, as do my reasoning powers. You are already convinced that this stuff is hokum, and even if I had a PhD after my name, it would not matter to you. Perhaps you too can come up with some phony one million dollar offer to 'test' these psychics.
-
@k0smon your personal experiences? And do you have the credentials to be considered and impartial, scientific researcher? Or just you gut feeling? As I told you before personal anecdotes are not reliable proof. It is human nature to remember the hits, and forget the misses. It´s is human nature to want to confirm true something that we want it to be.
-
@ebrobaru :: The studies referred to were my own personal reading and acquaintance with people in this field. I have attended seances, and I am convinced this stuff is for real. You can run into some bozos every once in a while, but on the whole, it is as it claims to be.

Your industry is riddled with fraud. Blind belief is what you people thrive on.
Having an open mind is being a sceptic, no psychic in history has ever proven they have any ability in a controlled setting.
100% of psychics fail when the chance to cheat is removed.
I will forward your name onto badpsychics and leave them to look into you
