I have a question that may be sensitive. Pls know I mean no offence. It's outside of my experience, so it doesn't make immediate sense to me. I'm hoping you can help me understand so that I'm not ignorant of what ppl are dealing with.
I've noticed that many ppl have to lose a good deal of weight in order to have WLS. Knowing the dangers and aftereffects of WLS, and having lost all that weight without it, why did you choose to have WLS?

i lost 78lbs on my own then i had the surgery. no matter how you lose it as long as you lose it.

Congrats on the 100 lost!! Before you know it you will be at goal and you dont even look like youre still in the 280s!
