My friend Aqsa could totally be one of the people this show is about, except for the tech-support bit.
She would just be like, "Oh, mm-hm, so, you say your mouse isn't working? (pause) WHY THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO CARE!!?!!?!!? Just go fix your own freakin mouse!!!!!!! I don't givadamn!"
And then she'd hang up, and go ask her coworkers if they have food.
