How to make abstract art in photoshop CS5

WRITTEN STEPS:

1. open a new project

2. set width too 1280p. height to 720p. resolution to 72

3. click on the Paint Bucket. Fill the background with BLACK.

4. Make a new layer. set the color to WHITE

5. apply your brush (the brushes i used will be available for download below)

6. make another layer for your second brush. Repeat if more brushes are used.

7. choose any colors. ( i prefer using colors that match... makes it look MUCH nicer)

8. make ANOTHER new layer.

9. set that layer effect too COLOR

10. choose the soft edge brush with 300px.

11. apply on the brushes previously applied until satisfied.

12. ONCE satisfied. save your image in any form. I recommend JPEG. save to desktop for easy access.

13. i chose 1280p - 720p because that's HD resolution. and thus being HD. its capable of being a PlayStation 3 or an Xbox 360 Background. To upload files such as pictures, or music. watch my next video about using a flash drive to upload pictures, movies, music. & so forth.

hey , where i the brush ? i didnt find the brush

@awaisdude1 if you mean to download, look in the description. to get them in photoshop, save them to a folder called brushes, or virtually anywhere easiest to locate for you . head to photoshop & load up the brushes. to do that, just click the brush tool, click on the box to change the brush, and on the top right corner is a little arrow, click that and find "load brushes" than locate the brushes you installed, & wahla! you've got your brushes & are ready for work!

where exactly do I put the brushes? by that I mean what folder do I put them in?

@Muusicca that would work, yes. or you can save them virtually anywhere on your computer... preferably somewhere easy to locate like desktop or a folder called brushes, than just load em upp from within photoshop.

@funnyrandombuddy theres an option on the brushes tab, its really small, but after u click it, you can choose Large Thumbnails

how do you get your brush icons so big? when i want to choose brushes i cant see them they are really small.
