Description in English:

"Tren al sur" (Train to the South) is a single from the album "Corazones" by the Chilean band "Los Prisioneros". It was aired by Chilean radios during May, 1990. Lyrics deal with a man, who, being tired of sadness, and dissatisfaction of his own life in the city, probably Santiago, decides to travel on his own on a train to the South of Chile. While he is traveling he remembers moments of his life down there, specially his childhood. He hopes to find something nice again on that place.

My company Subtítulos & Eventos took this promo video, translated, and subtitled it into English back in May, 2010. We did it so that we could show it, together with other Chilean translated songs, to tourists, and foreigners residing in Chile at events, parties, and concerts. The main objective is to make Chilean music, and culture accessible to English-speaking people, and public in general.

Apart from this song we have subtitled into English songs by Los Angeles Negros, Inti-Illimani, Illapu, Los Jaivas, among others.

We have an extensive music library of over 2000 videos of subtitled songs, increasing constantly in number, in different language combinations available for parties, events, and as audiovisual back-up for bands, and musicians.
