I have been playing DH for quite some time now, I have to say in my opinion the damage system is amazing in particular impact weapons haha!

Amazing review, i'll be picking up the core rule book today actually. Always been a big fan of 40k, both the system and especially the setting.
Anyway, great review and looking forward to more!

Brilliant game- my only problem is my acolytes are greedy little bastards. They sell everything they can get their hands on, including things they are told to destroy, and they try to loot EVERY. SINGLE. CORPSE. Luckily, this game is A LOT less forgiving than other games, as you can have the Inquisitor vent them out an airlock, or give them an explosive collar. Fun times, and this solves most problems for me...

This game is back in reprint, I picked up the copies from Barnes and Noble a month ago, and I've had a solid group going for awhile, Built up my own campaign too, still set in the Calixis sector but takes place shortly after the end of the Sabbat World crusade in the Gaunt's Ghosts novels. The acolytes are hunting down remaining Blood Pact officers who fled to the Calixis sector after the war and are trying to setup shot there.
