I drink gallons of slim-fast daily, all it has done for me is give me the shits......

Congrats to her for losing weight, but honestly, I think Slim Fast and LA Weight Loss and all that stuff is just a little ridiculous. Honestly, I lost 40 pounds in 3 months through just diet and exercise. No expensive weight-loss pills, food, equipment, or any of that.

In fact, I am thinking of posting some videos on youtube with advice on how to lose weight.
