Can some please explain how Teddy KGB win first time?

Mike had "Nine full of Aces", which is a Full House correct? But Teddy KGB he beat him with only 3 Aces only? How is this possible?

A99

Mike had A9 (full house AA999)

Teddy had AA (full house AAA99)

In case of two full houses, the better hand is the better three-of-a-kind. (AAA>999).
