Read up on this, Both pushed the cops. Both were admittily drunk at the scene. Both were then fighting with the cops. The last cop that comes in is doing one thing, and thats helping his fellow officers maintain a situation. I was there, I was at the trial, I testified. Based on my video, the judge found the son guilty on 2 counts. If i ever push a cop, or fight with them, i would expect to be subdued. Just like these 2 drunks. The cops stopped when the two drunks stopped resisting. Enough said.
