I managed to find more binaural beats that I was previously unaware of. So, now that I know of more frequencies that can be of use, I made them into binaural beat videos. Here's the link I found them on http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm

I created this video to help me go Out Of Body (OBE) since I couldn't find any videos that had were strictly theta. I only found ones that had a way to step you down from beta or so and when you would download them and use them in a loop, then they would start training your brain to produce beta again down to theta. Needless to say, I was almost there and when it looped back to beta, I slowly lost my theta waves and I had to start over from scratch.

Oh my god. When I woke up it was still dark out, and so when I would look around my room, I could see small lines of waves moving to the beat of this. It's hard to explain. Objects were a distorted by the waves when I looked at them. And I'm not sure if this was related, but I had night sweats like crazy. Cool experience.

i have had manny obe..but all of them act differently..My 1rst expirience was the best! And i have a few that were amayzing to talk about..But i haven't mastered astral at all..But by using binaural beats..or cd's with these in them..Have helped me..But i have never induced one while awake.I was asleep...And its not easy getting the vibrations to come! If u can get the vibes? Then thats all you need...But its raising your vibrations..energy..Good luck! I'm trying this one out too/
