They make shirts and toothbrushes for us, so that we can make airplanes and such. It's supposed to work! I am out of work currently and wish I could find something worthwhile to put all my energy behind, but I will probably end up in a "service industry" for a bit... I would rather people read books like "naked economics" than sing about "they took our jobs"

It is a truly a sorrow of a day when the only jobs are those selling Chinese junk to other people whose job is selling Chinese junk. It is naive and foolish to think that any government is going to help, why should they help? Our elected government officials live like royalty, the same pompous royalty that squeezes us taxpayers so that they live kings and queens. What is there "fix" for this? "Spend our way out of this." No more incumbents, end the tyranny.
