Jade Sales, Gas Sales Agreement for Block M-9

- The pre-display of Jade, Gems and Pearls Special Sale for June and July 2008 which will be held from 24th June to 4th July.

- The signing ceremony of Heads of Agreement on Gas Sales Agreement for Mottama Offshore Block M-9 between Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise PTTEP International Ltd and PTT Public Company Ltd was held in Yadana hall of the Ministry's office.

- Relief aids weighing 19.987 tons donated by France-based Doctors Without Border, 77.279 tons donated WFP based in Thailand and 18 tons donated by the United States of America arrived at Yangon International Airport, Monday.

- The cash and kind donations amounted over 13,031.38 million Kyats up to 23rd June.

- Under the arrangement of the Ministry of Health, a 40-member mobile medical team of Myanmar Doctors Association comprising the Professors, Physicians, specialists and new generation doctors gave health care services to the patients in storm-hit areas of Yangon and Ayeyarwaddy Divisions on 22nd June.
