  • (Carpenter from the Bahamas) Love your system, that's very fast.

  • @whypeness thanks ive been in the business for 30 years and ipicked up these tricks along the way

  • if there is no rotted decking there is no need to remove the decking unless of course it is 3/8th which is the worst decking anyone can install on a roof. I have to ask do you go inside the attics to determine if the decking is good or bad

  • @djhawkti THE ROOF HAD 2 LAYERS OF SHINGLE I KNEW IT HAD THREE EIGHTS PLWOOD ON IT BY THE NIEBORHOOD AND BY LIFTING THE SHINGLE UP BY THE GUTTER LINE

  • I've been doing this shit since I was a teen ager now I'm 60 and do my hands hurt..

get these guys some guns....and fall gear...

  • @Rudakotaone GUNS ARE NOT AS GOOD AS HAND NAILING PLUS MY GUYS ONLY SHINGLE ABOUT 4 SQUARES A DAY EACH BECAUSE WE DO ALOT OF TEAROFFS AND AS FAR AS FALL GEAR WE HAVE IT ITS THE GROUND HA HA

  • Nice work! If you do work like this and keep your customers happy you'll never have to advertise. Word-of-mouth is all you need. Great vid!

    p.s. Nail guns rock.

  • I like your style. You guys remind me of myself and my Brothers Company. Word of mouth=job security! We don't handnail, but that seems better as far as not missing 1by6 gaps and such. 2011/2012 winter is turning out to be a banner season for us! Hope you guys are getting some jobs done too. Peace from MI.

  • @GCTIPS If you fall...your fired before you hit the ground! moa ha ha ha !!!!!

  • @dylan111291 Well there ya go. Next job just ask if they need an extra hand. probably start you out as a ground man like i did and eventually youll learn. its not exactly rocket science. Good luck with everything.

  • @MikeDamoci Thanks man, I would attempt college again but i don't want to invest anymore money lol i'm only going to owe about 600 or so according to my grant. I might have a foot in the door at my dad's company though. I want to do roofing eventually i just need to see if any of my uncles friends would be willing to teach me the basics.

  • @dylan111291 I hear ya dude. I felt the same way. I finished my freshman year and dropped out and got a job with a roofing and siding contractor. Been doing it now for 3 years. yes its fun. yes it gets you in shape. But im always thinking what if i just stayed in school? trust me man, just finish. you got breaks and summer to do this shit and when youre done if its still what you want to do then have it man. Just giving ya my opinion.

  • Great job brothers...

  • Please what brand is that roll you use for the ridge vent?

  • Awesome job and unbelievably quick!

  • good job guys!
