ok, im confused. Are there 3 different types of bloodtest for Gluten-intolerance?
First thing is the biopsy you mentioned, which isnt a bloodtest, then you mentioned the endomycial antibody bloodtest and the tissue gluaminase antibody blood test.
Then after that you said the next thing was the salivary and other blood test, im confused, what is the other blood test?

my Immunoglobulin A is <4 and it should be between 81- 463. Does that mean i have a sensitivity?

You could have a sensitivity and/or you could have an immunoglobulin A deficiency, with or without celiac/gluten sensitivity. The endomysial a& tissue tranglutaminase are both blood tests and only accurate in severe celiac. They're not fool-proof - 15% of patients with celiac will test negative for them.
The biopsy is an invasive procedure used to diagnose the villous atrophy seen in celiac.
The salivary and blood gliadin antibody tests are accurate (not perfect though) for gluten sensitivity.
Gluten sensitivity must be diagnosed sooner - to prevent many secondary diseases.
