That was awesome man ... i can baby freeze but i have a hard time doing the headstand, i just hope that i will learn it quickly, but awesome tutorial though bro...:)

Guys depending on the muscle amount in your upperbody, u can do this with no kick. Also do balance better when u go into the headstand do the following
1. Put feet into Bronco position
2. Make sure ur doing a tripod headstand

I noticed u went to a headstand from the easier baby freeze, so i was wondering if you can do it from the harder type of baby freeze. I kept trying from the harder baby freeze and i couldn't do it... thx for the tutorial awesome job :D

More pushups man. Gotta do those on a daily bases. Thats how i got them.
